I forget where this home is located, but it’s been a long-time favorite of mine.
I simply adore this little 1920’s storybook cottage house.
I heard him speak a few years back when I was at The university of Memphis. How fun to paint candy all day.
Will Cotton, COTTON CANDY SKY, 2006, oil on linen, 72 x 84 inches. On his sugary paintings Cotton has said, “I wanted to make a whole place that’s just about pleasure.” The artist’s burlesque ballet, Cockaigne, inspired by the ethereality of cotton candy, debuts tonight.
Cute. I can not wait to start nail tech school… only 2 weeks away!
